£195 per night Monday - Thursday, £225 per night Friday - Sunday.
10% discount on daily rate for bookings of a week or more
£60 cleaning charge per booking
5% booking charge
Minimum booking three nights.
Payment can be made by paypal. Instructions for payment will be included with booking confirmation.
A security deposit of £100 will be taken at the time of booking. This is fully refundable within 14 days of the end of the holiday.
