Known in our family as Grandma's Seaside House, Owers is a converted Victorian railway carriage sitting right on the beach in Pagham in West Sussex, with spectacular views out to sea.

It is very quiet and peaceful, surrounded by garden but walking distance from the village and right next to Pagham Harbour, a protected nature reserve loved by walkers and birdwatchers.

It is perfect for families or friends looking for a quiet getaway on the beach.

Pagham is close to Bognor Regis and Chichester.  It is easily reached from the A3 and A27.  Goodwood, Portsmouth, Arundel, Selsey, E & W Wittering and the South Downs are all within a half-hour's drive.
